At Exploding Into Exercise, we offer a unique youth plyometrics program designed to enhance athletic performance and prevent injuries. Our program focuses on explosive movements and agility training to help young athletes reach their full potential.

About us

We are a group of TY students that are all interested in sports. we have found that there are not many workouts targeted for youth people based on agility and Explosivity.  We wanted to create a straight forward beginner friendly workout plan for people our age that is accessible. We tested the plan ourselves for three weeks and there was a positive increase in our high jump, broad jump, and sprint speed.
